Experience a 3-night, 4-day ancestral pilgrimage retreat in a serene forest sanctuary near Osaka, Japan.
Nestled among bamboo groves and peaceful woodland, this retreat offers a rare chance to connect with the energy of the land where ancient Jomon people once lived.
This retreat is intentionally kept small to honor the sacred nature of the land.

Participants will walk Minoo Falls with guided walking meditation, enjoy plant-based meals, create Magatama pendants, practice bamboo-based movement, Hifumi chanting, and sound healing rituals.
This non-religious retreat provides a sacred space to restore balance, connect with ancestral energy, and immerse yourself in nature and mindful practices.
